1. Who we are
Popcode is an augmented reality service operated by Popcode, Inc. ("Popcode," "we," "us," or "our"). It lets creators link videos to printed photos. Questions can be sent to info@popcodeapp.com.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Popcode.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Popcode a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, and display it as needed to operate the Service — including delivering it to viewers who scan your Popcode.
You are solely responsible for Your Content. You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
- Contains illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing material
- Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
- Promotes violence or hatred against any group
- Contains malware or otherwise compromises the Service
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Service availability
Popcode is currently in beta. Features may change, and the Service may experience downtime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any specific feature will continue to be offered.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Popcode disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Popcode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the My Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
